Yes. But it would have to be carefully regulated and monitored by Parks Canada.
Moose are a non-native species. Over browsing by moose in National parks are having a devasting impact on forest succession after disturbance. Moose over-browse balsam fir, birch, red maple, Salix, etc... to the point that these species are not able to establish and reproduce likely they normally should. Entire balsam fir forest cannot develop due to moose browsing.
