Lots of Periwinkles on the rock and rougher beach sand. Quite a variety in striping present in a very small area.

I've never seen a periwinkle with a white shell like the one in the last photo! Good sighting.

We have several variations on this species of Periwinkle. As they live together, I keep wondering if the differences are genetic or diet.
