I've uploaded a movie of the Hairy Woodpecker in action. From the YouTube comments: The Hairy Woodpecker can be heard chiseling into the hydro pole 3 times: near the 20 and 25 second marks, and once (as vehicles pass nearby) at the 54 second mark. Maximum (3X) telephoto with an 8 meg Olympus digital camera. Distance about 40 metres (~130 ft): http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=oxylus1#p/u

Very neat movie! It's the first movie on the site, but we can look into being able to display it within the observation window.
