Unmistakeable Ring-necked Pheasant causing havok for drivers on Signal Hill Road. Zig-zagged avoiding traffic before flying into a backyard.

Agreed. Its too bad though, they've been hanging out there for months. Its only a matter of time before they get hit by the steady traffic.

Has anyone seen how fast some drivers go up and down Signal Hill? As a "National Park" the speed limit should be 20km/hr and cars probably shouldn't be allowed past the Geo Centre or the noon gun area.

You are so right, Flick!! Apart from the fact it is a National Park, the vast numbers of pedestrians walking, jogging biking(pedal), etc, warrants a decrease in speed limit.
