this unknown organism would move rapidly over the slimy rocks on the bottom, then it would surface, grab an air bubble and head to the bottom again. it was hard to get a photo of it as it rarely paused long enough for me to focus the camera on it.

it was so interesting to watch. I am trying to figure out a way to catch one to photograph and release. I want detail to ID the little critters. There is so much going on in that pond, it is fascinating.
