Not sure what bird species this is, and I am too lazy to look in my Peterson's or Sibleys. Birders everywhere please take a stab at it. The first is of the female, and the second is of the male. I did not record their song. They foraged for insects next to me for about 10 minutes, as I suspect I was in their territory, and they wanted to make sure I was on my way.

Dr. Ian Warkentin quickly identified as being a Black and White Warbler, Mniotilta varia.
