Probably a Common Grackle (Quiscalus quiscula). They often mix with other flocks, including the European Starlings. There were dozens in the yard this evening. Telephoto shot through the kitchen window. 5x digital zoom. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Grackle
